MATTI KAWECKI

Based in Berlin
Matti has been building distribution and sales networks for technology businesses for over 10 years, while also running a company within the environmental engineering field.
Since 2015 he has been helping IT companies enter the German market, working with Estonian, Polish and Scandinavian companies.
He specialises in "the big picture" strategy generation, fining interesting niches, doing pre-sales & validation and testing of solutions.
Matti studied electrical engineering in Saxony and then became a purchaser at Siemens for a short time in Leipzig. He has lived in Poland, Iraq, Germany and therefore worked with a lot of people from different nationalities.

KARL-ERICH TRISBERG

Based in Tallinn
Karl-Erich is an attorney and associated partner at Derling Primus law firm. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contract law, corporate law and compliance. Previously, he has worked at various other leading law firms in Estonia and Germany. His services include advising M&As, corporate and joint ventures, venture capital and emerging companies, commercial and compliance.
As an attorney, it is important for him to be able to provide business-minded and strategic advice to his clients. He strives for solutions and making things happen for his clients. This is supported by his Master of Law and Business degree from one of the best universities in Germany, the Bucerius Law School.

ENRIK ELLER

Based in Talinn
Endrik is a serial entrepreneur and business manager with more than 10 years of management experience in various fields of - IT, Construction Engineering, Hospitality, Entertainment, TV and Film Production. He is an ex-Mooncascade Country Manager for German (& DACH) markets, Business Lead for FinTech and Banking Products, and Business Developer.
Nowadays he builds digital products for companies in the Financial Services industry. He also manages a team of business and tech experts who help financial services companies to speed up or change their product management practices. Endrik has hands-on experience in building the following solutions: Loan underwriting systems, KYC/AML monitoring systems, Payment processing systems, Dept collection systems etc.
